Our principal, Dick Jennings, has been a contracts lawyer all his career, trained in one of the City of London’s top commercial law firms and with experience of every kind of contracting since then. Dick is almost unique among solicitors in also being a full member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS). He has sat on its legal committee, written for its journal and delivered seminar training to its members.
